Returns Information
Thank you for shopping with James Street Menswear.
We strive to do all that we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase(s). However, in the event you are unhappy with your purchase(s) you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt. All items that are returned will be fully inspected before a refund is issued.

Proof of purchase is required for a refund.

Item(s) must be in original condition.

Clothing must be unwashed and unworn with original ticketing.

Item(s) marked with deodorant, aftershave or body odour will not be refunded.

Footwear must be returned in original shoe box, with signs of no wear on the soles.

Underwear including socks cannot be exchanged or refunded due to hygiene reasons.
Clothing bought online can be returned by mail or exchanged within 14 days in store:

Please note: If 14 days have lapsed since date of purchase, we cannot, unfortunately, offer a refund.
Returning an Item to us
When returning an item to us via post, you are responsible for the charges to ship the item(s).
We advise items are returned through Royal Mail Signed For. Please make sure any item(s) returned to us are securely sealed. Anything that is damaged during transit due to not being sealed securely cannot be refunded and will be sent back to you.

Please note: Original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Damages
Everything in the store is handpicked and carefully inspected before it is packaged.
In the unlikely event that we have missed something please get in touch with us ASAP either by email or WhatsApp.
Clearance Items
Heavily reduced stock which is deemed as a clearance item(s) cannot be returned.
Cancellation
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from James Street Menswear. To cancel the order simply send an email.
